Clients must provide accurate and genuine documents. Any misrepresentation may result in termination without refund.
Consultancy fees, success-based fees, and service charges may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds are governed by Komma Consultancy's Refund Policy and applicable third-party rules.
Liability is limited to fees paid to Komma Consultancy only.
Clients agree to indemnify Komma Consultancy against losses arising from false information or legal violations.
Services may be terminated for non-compliance, misconduct, or fraud.
